We want you to be happy with your order!
We have 2 alternatives:
- Exchange: Did you have a problem with the size? Any fit issues? In these cases, you may qualify for an exchange, which will be made in the form of store credit.
- Refund: We will refund products with fabrication failures.
To qualify for a return, unworn items must be received back in our offices within 90 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Please note, requesting an exchange on our site or contacting Customer Care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your order. We do not manage an inventory for exchanges and materials may sell out before we are able to process your request.

Cancelations and returns are not accepted because change of mind, since we manufacture each product after your purchase.
Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.
Shipment costs for the first exchange will be assumed by us (reimbursed as a discount on our store) and we will send back the new items for free. From the second exchange onwards for the same order, the client will assume shipment costs.
Our Store Credit doesn’t have an expiration date.
Items NOT Eligible for Refunds or Exchange:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items received in damaged condition, appearing to be worn or are damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, missing beading, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal, or human hair, etc. If you wish, these returns will be sent back to you at your cost.
- Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges and custom fees if applicable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or if it’s eligible for a full refund.
All sales are final, the only exception being defective items. Please contact us if you receive an item that is defective.
Keep in mind that items might become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, which is not considered to be faulty. Bubbles will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective and faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund or store credit.
Please remember that goods need to be sent back to us before a refund is processed. We must receive the goods back within 90 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days once delivered to our facility, you will receive an email receipt once your refund is processed. Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement. PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.
Packaging Requirements for Returns:
Swimwear must always be returned with hygienic liner intact. If the swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Use secure shipping packaging and don’t forget to include your packing slip! Click HERE to print a return label.
