Client’s rights and obligations

All sales are final, the only exception being defective items. Please contact us if you receive an item that is defective.

Our customers will enjoy all the rights granted by Chilean legislation on consumer protection in effect at the time of the purchase, except for the exclusions expressly contained throughout the website.

When returning an item back to Bubbles Beachwear, we strongly recommend choosing registered shipping services so that you can track your package. However, you may return goods at your sole risk and expense using any other safe and secure method. We are not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post and will not replace lost items as this is the responsibility of the postal service. Please note that if we do not receive the items back at our office, we cannot process any exchange or refund that you requested.
